Please be aware that Fenner Glen is a Site Condominium Association that has covenants governing it properties.  Please contact the current president of the Board to get the latest information about Fenner Glen.  A CD is available from the board that contains an electronic copy of the covenants.  This CD must be presented to the property buyer(s) at or prior to closing.  The board requires a form to be signed by the buyer(s) ackowledging the receipt of the covenants (either in electronic form or as a printed copy) and the acceptance thereof.  This form will be made available for download on this web page shortly.
