Fenner Glen Residents:

 

The bill for your fourth quarter 2010 dues has not yet been mailed as the Association is in the process of changing accounting firms.

 

Please be advised that starting in 2011, dues will be billed once annually for $196.  We will let you know when we expect these invoices to be mailed to you.  This change was necessary to reduce accounting costs and time that was required for our Association Treasurer to collect, deposit, and track payments on a quarterly basis.
